Martin Neumann // Stress Control Summit Organizer
Martin trained as a lifestyle consultant at Wildwood Lifestyle Center, USA, in 1998. Since then he has passed on his knowledge in numerous countries in the form of lectures, training courses and lifestyle programs. Since 2005 he has been based in Brazil and in 2020 he became the founder of the Abundant Health Network, which now publishes weekly health information in 5 different languages.
Since 2015, Martin has specialized in stress management and has gathered a set of tools to face stress with an all-encompassing strategy on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Since 2021, he has been organizing the Stress Control Summit, which has helped thousands of people with his programs in English, Portuguese and German to learn proven stress management strategies.

To make things easier, the presentations are recorded in advance and you can watch them in your own time. Every morning at 7 a.m. Eastern Time the presentations of the day are released. After that, you have 24 hours to watch the talks of your interest. In the evening at 7 p.m. Eastern Time there will be a live Q&A session on Zoom.
Yes, we have put together a lot of interesting content. But if you only get to see one talk, you will be able to take away a lot of positive impulses. You won't regret it to have signed up to the summit.
Maybe not all topics will appeal to you, but I think there will still be plenty of interesting things for you. Just register and choose what suits you.
